APG have developed an Integrated Management System Plan which uphold the requirements against the accredited standards and for which we have established our commitments listed within APG’s policies:
- Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015;
- Occupational Health and Safety Management System (WHS), ISO 45001:2018;
- Environmental Management System (EMS), ISO 14001:2015.
Quality Policy

At APG, our commitment is to never compromise on the safety, compliance and quality of our service inline with our 5 core values.
This requires understanding the responsibilities by all of our employee’s and candidates regarding what our quality objectives are.
APG’s Management Team is responsible for establishing, implementing, integrating & maintaining the Quality Management System and to ensure sufficient resources are readily available. This is done inline with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
Through direction and support, each employee will have a proper understanding of the importance of Quality, as part of our Integrated Management System function, their responsibility to contribute to its effectiveness, compliance, and its direct relevance to the success of the Organisation. Equally, every employee is responsible for, and will be trained to perform the duties required by their specific role.
APG endeavors to ensure quality through the application of the below objectives:
- To meet or exceed service expectations of clients to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Find suitable candidates that meet the job requirements specified by clients;
- Implement prompt action in respect of non conformities, complaints and recommendations;
- Provide training and development required for staff to improve existing and achieve new skills;
- Carry out review of the Quality Management System in order to monitor compliance and facilitate continual improvements.
At APG, we implement the Quality Policy through the application of our Integrated Management System. Each employee is responsible for upholding compliance in line with our quality requirements as per their job role.
The Integrated Management System will be monitored, measured, evaluated and enhanced at a minimum on an annual basis.
WHS Policy

APG understands WHS is an integral part of its business operations where the health and safety of those we work with is paramount falling within our 5 core values.
We will strive to continually improve our systems and processes, with regular monitoring of our business activities and implementing beneficial changes when needed.
APG’s Top Management team is committed to upholding best practice Safety Management Standards across all our business operations. We will continually review and monitor our systems to ensure the organisation complies with the defined standards / legislation and implements comprehensive safety and risk management strategies. This will be done inline with ISO 45001:2018 Standard.
APG has the following Work, Health and Safety Objectives:
- Provide and maintain a safe work environment for all candidates and employees;
- Identify and manage risks to prevent accidents and injuries;
- Encourage behavior that promotes the health and safety of all candidates and employees;
- Returning candidates / employees to meaningful employment without imposed restrictions;
- Maintaining our record of 0 Fatalities and working towards achieving 0 LTI’s.
We actively encourage our candidates and employees to be active in observing and recommending changes in the workplace to reduce exposure to any risks and hazards.
APG expect all our candidates and employees to take responsibility for their actions, to report unsafe acts and working conditions, and behave in a manner that reflects safe work practices, standards and APG values.
Environmental Policy

APG understands that care for the environment is an essential part of conducting its business operations inline with our core values of safety, people and integrity.
APG is dedicated to continuous improvement in our business operations in order to fulfil our aim of protecting the environment and our commitment to pollution prevention. We support these commitments to reduce our impact on the environment and to adopt practices that use resources sustainably. This will be achieved in accordance with the requirements of the law, our clients, and expectations of the general community. Our Policy will be implemented inline with ISO14001:2015 Standard.
APG has the following Environmental Objectives:
- To provide an effective framework for continual improvement to prevent pollution, reduce waste and environmental impacts directly or indirectly related to our service;
- All current and environmental legislation is complied with in business operations;
- To actively encourage all workers to develop a sense of responsibility for the protection of the environment;
- To ensure an efficient use of natural resources and energy within internal sites.
- Correctly dispose of workplace waste within internal workplace settings.
APG candidates and employees shall be encouraged through education, training and motivation to develop a sense of responsibility for the protection of the environment. APG endevours to encourage environmental responsibilities amongst clients, suppliers and any additional services engaged.
We will ensure that our candidates and employees are informed of our policy and are aware of their environmental responsibilities in relation to the APG business activities.
