David Stack, Group Chief Executive Officer & Director
David Stack is CEO and a Director of the APG group of companies, responsible for the day to day operations of the company while reporting to the Board of Directors on the strategic and financial positions of the company.
David has been with APG for over 20 years and during that time he has performed across a range of roles, giving him a solid understanding of what it takes to succeed. His role as CEO gives him the experience and knowledge to encompass extensive decision making policy and drive change within the organisation, benefiting the national growth of APG as a recruitment and labour hire leader.
Glenn Redman, APG Workforce Chief Executive Officer & Director
As APG Workforce Chief Executive Officer and a Director of APG for over 13 years, Glenn Redman is responsible for looking after the national operations of the labour hire & recruitment business. His role includes responsibility for the development of new processes and systems to continually improve the efficiency of the business to deliver the highest level of service to candidates and clients.
Another project of Glenn’s has been the increase in sponsorship or local sporting teams and charities. APG Workforce is currently a National Corporate Partner of Ronald McDonald House Charities Australia which Glenn was instrumental in putting together.
Dhaval Trivedi, Chief Financial Officer
Dhaval Trivedi is Chief Financial Officer of APG, a role which sees him responsible for the Finance, Accounting and Commercial functions of the business. Dhaval leads a busy team based in Melbourne that takes care of the custodial, compliance and reporting functions of the business.
As CFO, Dhaval is also responsible for financial reporting to key shareholders in governance and strategizing the growth of business. Dhaval is most passionate about treasury and finance functions and the satisfaction he gets from bringing in efficiency and optimising costs in these areas is immense.
A qualified Accountant with Masters in Commerce and a degree in Law, Dhaval brings to APG diverse experience spanning over 30 years in a diverse spectrum of industries in global and multi-national manufacturing, trading and project execution environments.
Tammy Sheather, National Operations Manager
As National Operations Manager, Tammy is responsible for looking after offices across all states, overseeing all staff and actively working with all offices in all aspects of recruitment.
Tammy’s responsibility to the offices extends to providing encouragement and motivation to the teams in order to help APG achieve our core vision and objectives. Tammy has been in recruitment for over 18 years and with APG since 2006 and has a strong focus on building great relationships with clients and candidates on a daily basis.
Glenda Partridge, National Administration Manager
Glenda joined APG in 2001 and currently holds the position of National Administration Manager.
Glenda has over 25 years of experience in business administration having previously worked in a wide variety of roles with the Knox City Council. She is the key person to go to in APG for payroll and invoicing, IT management and procurement, employee contract management, communications and ancillary administration functions.
Chitra Vandasalam, HR/IR Manager
Chitra Vandasalam is the Human Resource/Industrial Relations (IR/HR) Manager for APG, a role that sees her implement processes, procedures and controls in the area of HR and IR. The role is to ensure compliance to Fair Work Legislation & Act, National Employment Standards, Awards / Enterprise Agreements and advise management on the same. Represent the company on all matters with Fair Work Commission and Unions matters.
Chitra brings more than 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations to APG. In previous roles, she have managed Human Resources and Industrial Relations in industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Insurance, Media and Information Technology.
Chitra’s specialty lays in the area of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Employment Compensation, Training & Development (Certified Trainer & Assessor), HR Services and Implementation & Maintenance of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems.
Kelly Frost, National Performance Manager
Kelly Frost is the National Performance Manager for APG, a role that sees her support the APG team and branches in the northern region to deliver results in a diverse range of communities across Australia.
Joining APG in 2014, Kelly has worked in a range of positions within APG, including regional workforce placement, HR and Southern Regional Manager before her efforts and ability saw her progress to National Performance Manager. Kelly’s success and growth within APG can be attributed to the mentoring and professional development invested in her.
Before joining APG, Kelly previously worked in leadership roles in Sales and Marketing and Commercial Recruitment, both internal and external, and has successfully delivered results on recruitment campaigns across a variety of areas from capital cities right through to Uluru and beyond.
Phil Grant, VIC & TAS Regional Manager
Phil Grant is the Regional Manager for APG, a role that sees him support the APG team and branches in the Victoria and Tasmania branches to deliver results in a diverse range of communities across Australia.
Phil Joined APG over 2 years ago with over 27 years’ experience in the labour hire sector, he started in APG under in our Maintenance and Engineering sector as the Operations Manager, then moved into the Regional Manager for the Victorian and Tasmanian Branches of APG Workforce.
Phil commenced his work life as a Fitter & Turner. From his trade base, then went on to estimating and supervision in the power industry, then to projects, specialising in machinery and factory relocations. Further experience was gained managing large specialist trades teams in contract maintenance, servicing blue chip clients predominantly in the food industry.
Kimberley Duke, National WHS & Quality Manager
APG place great importance on the health and safety of our employees and their workplaces. Kimberley Duke is APG’s National WHS & Quality Manager, responsible for checking, reporting of all WHS visits, toolbox talks completed, WHS training, injury management and ensuring APG stays compliant with ISO9001 international standard for Quality Management and AS/NZS 4801 OHS Management.
Kimberley has a passion for safety delivering this through support and assistance to our many APG branches across Australia. Kimberley continually explores ways to boost safety culture and reduce time off due to workplace injuries / incidents through hazard identification and management.
With over 17 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Kimberley has worked across many sectors of the business and sees her true passion as ensuring not only a safe working environment, but the right care and treatment is given to anyone that is in need.
Neil Bentham, National Business Development Manager
Neil joined the team mid-way through 2018 as the Branch Manager of APG's Ingleburn branch but quickly saw himself moved in to the National BDM role with over 12 years’ experience in the recruitment & labour hire industry and more than 8 of these years being in business development roles. Neil has recently taken on the task of managing APG Workforce’s new business development opportunities nationally.
Prior to working in the recruitment sector, Neil spent 10 years in supply chain where he gained his knowledge in warehouse, inventory, purchasing, transport & shipping operations. It is this experience that helps to give Neil a solid understanding of your businesses requirements.
