In 2022, Batool walked into our Adelaide branch looking for her next step.
She was ready for a challenge, eager to grow, and willing to take on new experiences.
We connected her with a role at a leading Australian food producer. While it was a step into unfamiliar territory, Batool embraced it with determination. She brought with her a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude that quickly stood out.
Climbing the Ladder
From her very first days, Batool approached each shift with dedication. She learned quickly, built strong relationships with her team, and never hesitated to go the extra mile.
Her efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Over time, she took on more responsibility, demonstrated natural leadership skills, and earned the respect of those around her.
Not long after, Batool stepped into a leadership role as a Tray Pack Supervisor, guiding her own team and ensuring high standards in production.

Her steady career has helped her reach personal milestones, including buying her first home and achieving Australian citizenship, achievements she’s incredibly proud of.
