Stepping Up for Families: Our Day at the RMHC Tamworth Golf Day

Last week, we had the opportunity to take part in the RMHC Northern NSW Tamworth Golf Day at Tamworth Golf Club. Representing APG Workforce on the green was Michael, our recruitment consultant, who joined other local supporters for a day focused on making a real difference for families with seriously ill children.

The event brought together members of the Tamworth community, with clear skies, strong energy, and a shared commitment to supporting families during some of their toughest times. More than $36,000 was raised, enough to provide over 230 nights of accommodation through Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern NSW. These nights give families a place to stay close to their children in hospital, easing both emotional and financial stress.

For our team, this wasn’t just about being present on the day. It was about contributing to something meaningful and showing our ongoing support for organisations that provide essential care and comfort when it's needed most.
